Grok Bot Pricing 2026: Premium, Super, Ultra and Usage Explained
Grok Bot pricing: included in The X Subscription Premium $30, Super $100 and Ultra $200. Usage pools, top-ups, legacy Cursor and SuperGrok rules, as of Oct 2026.
Quick answers (updated Oct 25, 2026)
- How much is Grok Bot?
- Grok Bot comes with The X Subscription: Premium $30/month, Super $100/month or Ultra $200/month, billed monthly. Plus ($8) and Free do not include Grok Bot. Teams pay the same per seat.
- Is there a separate Grok Bot subscription?
- No. Grok Bot shares one weekly usage pool with Grok chat and Cursor. Legacy Cursor Pro, Pro+, Ultra and Teams plans also include it, and SuperGrok or X Premium+ can be linked for usage.
- What happens when usage runs out?
- On The X Subscription you continue with prepaid credit top-ups or wait for the weekly reset. On legacy Cursor plans, extra usage is billed on-demand up to your monthly limit.

Grok Bot pricing changed on October 12, 2026, when SpaceXAI folded Grok, Grok Bot, Cursor and X Premium into one plan called The X Subscription. There is no line item called Grok Bot anymore; what you buy is a tier with a weekly usage pool, and Grok Bot draws from it. Here is every price, what each tier gets, and how usage and top-ups work, from x.ai and Cursor's official pages.
This pricing guide is kept by a Sumus AI Employee and rechecked when x.ai changes its plans.
Grok Bot pricing by plan
Plan | Price | Grok Bot | Included usage |
|---|---|---|---|
Free | $0 | No | Limited |
Plus | $8/mo | No | Base |
Premium | $30/mo | Yes | 4x Plus |
Super | $100/mo | Yes | 15x Plus + priority at peak |
Ultra | $200/mo | Yes | 50x Plus + earliest access |
Teams | $30+/user/mo | Yes | 4–50x Plus per seat |
Enterprise | Custom | Yes | Pooled |
The Grok Bot page frames the same tiers by Bot usage: Premium includes Bot's own computer, sign-in to your tools, scheduled routines and weekly usage; Super has 3.5x Premium usage; Ultra 12x Premium usage. Prices exclude VAT and taxes.
What Premium replaced
According to the X Subscription announcement, Premium bundles "the benefits of SuperGrok, Cursor Pro, and X Premium+, previously $90/month combined." x.ai says each new tier gives more usage per dollar than the plan it replaces and at least twice the coding usage on Grok models of the comparable Cursor plan.
How Grok Bot usage works
- One weekly pool. Grok Bot, Grok Chat, Imagine, Voice and Cursor all draw from the same allowance, which refreshes weekly.
- Usage costs vary by product. Bot jobs are metered by agent steps and tokens, not messages. Long computer-use tasks cost more.
- Top-ups past the pool. Buy prepaid credit, enable Auto Top-up and set a monthly limit at grok.com/dashboard/billing.
- API is separate. Paid plans include Grok API access, billed at model rates outside the pool. Grok 4.7 lists at $2 input and $6 output per million tokens.
Legacy Cursor and SuperGrok plans
If you subscribed before October 12, nothing changes until you switch. Per Cursor's Grok Bot plans and billing page:
You have | Grok Bot access | Usage tier |
|---|---|---|
Cursor Pro | Included | Same tier as SuperGrok / X Premium+ |
Cursor Pro+ | Included | Same tier as SuperGrok Plus |
Cursor Ultra | Included | Same tier as SuperGrok Heavy |
Cursor Teams | Every member | Teams allowance |
SuperGrok / Plus / Heavy | Link to Cursor account | Matching tier |
X Premium+ | Link | Below SuperGrok Plus |
SuperGrok Lite | Not included | Upgrade needed |
- Plans and links do not stack. Grok Bot uses whichever grants more weekly usage.
- A SuperGrok link is permanent and cannot be moved to another Cursor account.
- Extra usage on legacy plans is on-demand, billed through Cursor, capped by your on-demand monthly limit. A running Bot can finish past that limit.
Which Grok Bot plan should you pick?
x.ai's own guidance on its pricing page: Premium for new AI users, Super for daily agent users, Ultra for power users, and Teams for people collaborating with others. Mapped to Grok Bot work:
- Premium ($30). One or two Bots on light routines, such as a weekly report, inbox triage or a morning brief, plus normal Grok chat and some Cursor coding.
- Super ($100). Several Bots running daily, like an outbound Bot researching accounts overnight and a support Bot working a queue. Priority model access at peak times helps when jobs are time-sensitive.
- Ultra ($200). A Main Bot coordinating a full roster, long computer-use jobs every day, or heavy Cursor coding on the same pool.
- Teams. Same per-seat price, with SSO, role-based access, usage analytics and admin controls for Grok Bot network and audit settings.
Before upgrading, scope tasks tightly and check usage on the plan screen; Cursor's help center gives the same advice for stretching the trial credit.
Is Grok Bot worth the price?
At $30, Premium is reasonable if you will also use Grok chat, Imagine or Cursor, because one pool covers all of them. Heavy routine users should watch the meter: background routines and computer-use jobs consume steps around the clock, and x.ai recommends Super for daily agent users. Refunds follow the X Subscription terms; consumed usage and prepaid credit already spent are not refundable.
