A yearly plan costs ten months of the monthly price: Pro with 3,000 credits a month is $200 a year. Credits still refresh every month.
No. Paid plan credits reset each month, including on yearly plans. Free credits are given once.
Move to a higher tier at any time. You pay only for the rest of the current period, the extra credits arrive at once, and the next renewal charges the new tier.

Yes. Cancel in your account settings. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Payments are generally non-refundable unless the law says otherwise. If you were charged twice or a platform fault cost you credits, email support@sumus.im and we will make it right.
