Yes. Cancel in your account settings. Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Payments are generally non-refundable unless the law says otherwise. If you were charged twice or a platform fault cost you credits, email support@sumus.im and we will make it right. See the Terms of Service at /terms-of-service.
